Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, by placing an order with Simply Straps you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to them.
All dealings and correspondence between Simply Straps and customers shall be in the English language and these site terms shall be governed by English law.

Payment is to be made in British pounds either by Credit/Debit card or PayPal for online orders or by cheque for orders by post. Cheques must be made payable to" Simply Straps".

Goods will be sent by 1st class mail within the UK and by air mail to all other EU countries only. The majority of orders are processed within 2 working days.

Simply Straps reserves the right not to fulfil any orders received. If this is the case or Simply Straps is unable to complete your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, you will be refunded in full within 7 working days of the end of the 30 day period.
Refunds will be via PayPal in your local currency or cheque in British pounds.

Simply Straps cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after you receive the goods. To exercise this right you must give written notice to Simply Straps by letter or email giving details of the goods ordered and date received. You are responsible for returning the goods to Simply Straps at your own cost in a perfect, unused and saleable condition. Returns must be shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability. Simply Straps will refund you within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods the value of the original order.
Refunds will be via PayPal in your local currency or cheque in British pounds.

All goods supplied by Simply Straps are covered by a 6 month warranty relating to defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty does not cover normal " wear and tear " as leather has a limited lifespan and Di-Modell recommend replacing leather watchstraps every 6 to 12 months for this and hygienic reasons.

Simply Straps accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any injury, harm, damage or loss caused by the incorrect fitting of a watchstrap, incorrect use, the use of incorrect spring bars or the failure of spring bars.

In the unlikely event that a defect is found you must inform Simply Straps by letter or email as soon as possible. You will then be asked to return the goods with appropriate insurance and traceability. You will also need to confirm whether you require a refund or replacement. In the event that you require a refund, you will be refunded within 7 working days of Simply Straps receiving the defective goods the full amount of your original order plus the cost of returning the goods. In the event that you require a replacement, the replacement( if available), will be sent to you along with the cost of returning the goods within 7 days of Simply Straps receiving the defective goods. If a replacement is not available a full refund will be given as above.

Note: If the returned goods are found not to be defective or have been misused, tampered with or altered in any way from their original state, Simply Straps reserve the right not to replace the goods or offer a refund. You will also be required to pay all postage costs.
Refunds will be via PayPal in your local currency or cheque in British pounds.

Details you give to Simply Straps are used only to process your order. Under no circumstances will they be passed to a third party. All transactions using PayPal or Credit/Debit card using PayPal are subject to, and governed by PayPal terms and conditions and you are advised to read them prior to placing an order.

There is no charge imposed by Simply Straps to access or view this website, you however are responsible for the cost of the communications link you use to visit.

Simply Straps reserve the right to amend, add or remove any information shown on the website at any time or suspend or terminate the website at any time.

Simply Straps accepts no responsibility for and does not endorse any information, practices or products of other parties or websites linked to this website.
